• Clear, brown or green solvent based timber treatment
• Solid flooring and exterior cladding
• OSB3 roof with rubber single skin roof covering
• Handles, keys, latches and catches
• Two opening windows and two fixed (if required)
• Delivery and installation

Optional upgrades include but are not limited to:

• Insulation and boarding
• Electrics
• Full fit outs
