Our ever popular standard pent garage has always been the go to garage if you have a strict budget. These are most popular with builders and for land lords rental properties. These are constructed using the same top quality concrete panels, roof sheets and structural parts as the other pent garages in the range.

Included as standard:

• Grafotherm coated corrugated roof sheets
• Timber treated fascia’s and 2’0″ x 4’0″ fixed timber window
• One up and over garage door

Optional upgrades:

• Concrete base installation – Completed by our own fully trained installers
• White PVC fascia’s, guttering and double glazed window
• Personnel door or additional windows
• Brick, stone, PVC clad or textured finish
